Shipping Coordinator
Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to assist our e-commerce, wholesale, and retail order fulfillment for our rapidly growing operation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate will handle initial shipping, any incoming returns, or exchanges in close collaboration with the retail and wholesale sales team. Impeccable organization, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role. Experience working with preferred couriers and e-commerce platforms strongly preferred.
This position is based in person at our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Shipping experience is required
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare shipments on our preferred shipping platforms (Shipstation, Parcel Pro)
- Organize and produce all necessary shipping documents for international and domestic shipments
- Schedule couriers between locations or direct to client
- Pack and/or gift wrap fine jewelry shipments
- Generate return shipping labels as needed
- Receive all returns, notify appropriate parties, and coordinate repair instructions with production team
- Maintain shipping supply and jewelry packaging stock room
- Track inventory levels on a bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on company needs
- Identify lapses in efficiency and offer insights, innovative solutions, and improvements to workflows

Salary:
Hourly rate is: $24-$26 commensurate with experience.

Jewelry Production Assistant
Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring a Jewelry Production Assistant to work with our Production Department and Production Manager. The position is full-time in our Downtown LA office, Monday through Friday.
The Production Assistant will develop an understanding of fine jewelry manufacturing, material sourcing, and logistics of a successful fine jewelry brand and will learn many skills to grow in their jewelry career. They will participate in daily operations and gain first-hand exposure to the Downtown LA jewelry district.
About you:

- 1-2 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing or fabricating inside a jewelry workshop or on a bench is preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel is preferred

Responsibilities will include:
- Quality Control:
- Inspect jewelry from our manufacturers and develop a technical eye for craftsmanship
- Stay attentive to details and style specifications
- Repairs:
- Process incoming repairs from our wholesale and retail departments and ensure timely delivery
- Production:
- Ensure order fulfillment by tracking and expediting the completion of orders
- Manage and monitor production logs for our retail and wholesale departments to ensure their orders are completed efficiently and on time
- Audit vendor invoices
- Pick up production orders from our manufacturers
- Audit inventory at our production houses and coordinate reorders if necessary

Inventory Coordinator
Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based in downtown Los Angeles. We work with over 100 global retailers and operate four locations—in NYC, Los Angeles, and London.
We are hiring an Inventory and Operations Coordinator to work with our Operations Team to maintain accurate inventory levels across several locations, provide our team with accurate daily counts, and assist with daily office operations.
This position can be based in Los Angeles.
About you:

- 2-3 years of experience in jewelry or luxury goods
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising strategy, and best practices
- Experience with ERP, inventory management software and/or Shopify is a plus

Responsibilities will include:
- Daily inventory pulls and adjustments
- Manage Shopify stock levels to reflect accurate on-hand inventory
- Input inventory into our tracking system and maintain its accuracy
- Track consignments with the Wholesale & Operations Director
- Work closely with the operations, production, sales, and shipping teams to ensure the timely and efficient inventory transfer within company locations
- Perform quality control on all inventory processed through inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits and produce reports outlining any discrepancies
- Identify, develop, and improve procedures to increase efficiency
- Coordinate quarterly inventory counts to determine the completeness, existence, and accuracy of inventory levels, manage cycle count accuracy, and report on any variances to necessary team members
- Collaborate with department managers and directors to discover and implement inventory tracking software and/or ERP software

Salary:
Salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
